5 email accounts @yourdomain.com are included with the Websites.ca Standard Package. Please contact us if you would like us to add a new account, delete and account, or to reset a password on an existing account.

Can't find webmail login page

Usually you can type in mail.yourdomain.com (replace yourdomain.com with the part after the @ in your email address to get to your webmail page. You can also see which type of email you have and find the details on that page. Standard, Advanced, or Google.

Can't log in/can't remember password

Please contact us if you can't login to your email or forgot your password and we'll reset it for you.

Your mail/page is not secure

If you see a warning in your browser that your webmail page is not secure, please contact us and we'll update your webmail page settings. Note: your mail is still secure and safe even without this new browser setting enabled.

You are receiving a lot of spam messages through your website forms

If you see a lot of messages coming through the forms on your website, please contact us and we'll update the spam settings on your forms.

Your outgoing email is getting filtered as spam

If your messages are getting stopped by the receivers spam filter, please contact us and we'll investigate.

You received an email that looks like a scam

It usually is. Best thing is to not open the email, and to not click on anything in the email. If you aren't sure, forward the email to support@websites.ca and we will let you know if it is a scam.
